We are your typical pet parents with a passion for travel, food, photography, and adventure! We arrived in Australia in 2019 due to Emily's job, fulfilling a dream we've had since meeting in early 2016. While Sydney is our home, weekends find us rarely there, as we're out exploring. Emily's work travels often include Alex, Alma (our Finnish Lapphund), and Tank, our rebuilt 4x4 Prado. Joining our family in 2023 is Mavis, our new camper for more Australian adventures.

Emily backpacked around Australia in 2014/15, fell in love with the country, and returned in 2019 with Alex. Alma, a Finnish Lapphund, joined them after a thoughtful process, inspired by a friend's lappie in Melbourne. Losing a beloved Chihuahua, Ted, early on, fueled Emily's commitment to giving Alma the best life—always including her in travels and prioritizing health and education in dog care.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys hiking, travel, food, wine, and photography, with Alma as her favorite subject. All website photos are owned and taken by her.

Alex, with a love for travel, explored European cities, South America, and Asia before discovering Australia. Falling for the country, he planned to move with Emily, sharing a love for the Aussie lifestyle. Growing up with various pets, Alex adopted a black cat named Nula before Alma joined the family.

Alma, born in Sydney in March 2020, is a clever, adventurous Finnish Lapphund. Accompanying her humans on road trips and camping adventures, she's already explored NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS, SA WA and NT. Shy initially, Alma warms up with time, offering enthusiastic tail wags and licks once familiar. Follow our journey as we continue to explore and create lasting memories together
